Liverpool VS Hull City (6-1)

Lagi nonton siaran langsung Liverpool vs Hull City, pertandingan pertamaku sejak terakhir hampir dua tahun lalu aku menjadi penonton setia Premier League. Alasan mengapa aku berhenti nonton sebenernya cukup mengenaskan (lebay gak sih kata2 ni?:p). Sejak berpindah kos awal tahun 2008, di rumah kos baruku TVnya rusak. Bu kosnya juga ga ada inisiatif buat benerin tuh TV. Walhasil hampir 2 tahun ini aku nggak pernah nonton TV. Mengenaskan memang, hari gini ga punya TV:D Alasan ga beli TV sendiri adalah menjaga perasaan pemilik kos. Selera nonton TV begitu berbeda, dia n anak kos laennya suka sinetron sedangkan aku lebih suka film kartun, sport, ato film asing. Takutnya kalo si Bu Kos mo nebeng nonton TV and aku ga suka acaranya kan aku yang sakit ati ndiri:D Terdengar sedikit pelit bagi sebagian orang, tapi buat aku ini adalah demi kebaikan berbagai pihak. Biar ga ada yang saling sakit hati karena ada rasa ketidak ikhlasan.

---- Back to our topic, setelah sedikit OOT:D ---

Sekarang menit ke 61, kedudukan sementara 4 - 1 buat Liverpool. Yang bikin goal Torres ~Hattrick neh, 3 golsekaligus~ dan nyang barusan Gerrard melesakkan sebuah goal hasil dari tendangan jauh dari sayap kiri, sebuah tendangan yang indahhhh bangetz! AWESOME! Besok deh aku cariin klipnya di mbah you tube trus aku upload disini biar kalian juga bisa nilai sebenernya goal itu indah apa nggak. Kalo menurut aku seh, memang indah:D Gol Balasan dari Hull dilesakkan oleh.. sapa ya tadi, lupa! Maaf... ntar deh di update infona:)

Liverpool nampak main penuh percaya diri kali ini. Mungkin salah satu faktornya emang karena lagi maen di Anfield. Serangan-serangannya cukup tajam. Tapi di sisi lain Hull nampak ga mau kalah. Meskipun katanya main tanpa beban mo menang ato kalah ngelawan tim sekelas Liverpool, tapi keliatan banget kok mereka getol banget nyerang di babak pertama. And kalo sekarang di babak kedua mereka agak kewalahan dan mulai terlihat sedikit stress (kartu kuning mulai beterbangan tuh buat Hull). Mungkin karena gawang mereka udah kebobolan 4 kali, wehehehe... Overala Hull juga bermain bagus.

Mungkin komentarku sedikit terdengar miring ke kubu The Reds, ya mungkin karena udah 4 tahun ini aku menyatakan jadi Liverpudlian:D Well.. musti back to the match, kalo nggak ntar ketinggalan sensasi nikmatnya nonton bolaaa...

Oh ya, aku lagi mudik neh.. nikmatnya liburan di rumah....Ga penting ya???

Monday Syndrome

When Monday morning comes, why I always have this thought in my mind?

"Not again..." :p

It seems like I only want to have Tuesday - Sunday, but without Monday, LOL. Monday it's a peak of laziness to go back to office! It's kind of Monday Syndrome with symptoms as follow:

* Don't want to wake up in the morning
* Don't want to go to office/school
* Feel so weak
* Laziness controlling your mind
* Bad mood

Do you feel symptoms above like I do? then.. you have the same syndrome with me:D

After feel relax, happy and free on Sunday. It's hard to back to office with all those assignments, problems, fussy customer, angry boss, it seems like those negative energy will suck all of our positive energy that we got along holiday. Sounds little but too much aren't I? Ehehehe..

Well, it's important to fight against this Monday Syndrome and keep happy when we come to office or school on Monday. A big fight between duty and laziness... Between Angel and Demon... Between Positivity and Negativity...

Which one will be the winner? It deppend on you^_^

My Real Age - Shocking Result:(

I knew about Real Age issue when I watch "Oprah Winfrey Show" some time ago.. no not some time, but long time:D It's new issue for me, where we can count our body real age by testing how's our life pattern. According Dr. Oz, our real age could be older or younger than our calendar age. It's depends on how's our health, habits, relationships, diets, and fitness.

There's some questions that we should answer related to our life pattern (5 points I mentioned above), not some actually... but a lot! Detail questions that revealed everything.. sometimes it's ashamed to answer when we realize that we already do unhealthy life. Ooopsie...

It took about half of hour for me to answer all the questions, because I do it while working in my office:D and somehow I realize that for some field I don't know my own body condition. Such as my own blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. Humf... And at last I got the result of My Real Age... Drum please...Drurururururururmmmm... And...

OH MY GOD!!! I'm 25 but according this test I'm 30.9... God.. awful:( It said I got this number because:
1. I never watch my blood pressure - it's correct:(
2. I'm worrying to much - I got stress this last 6 months:(
3. I got dental problem - true, need to go to dentist:(
4. I never got my cholesterol level tested - true!
5. I have smoker surround me - yes it is:(
6. I drive motorcycle - It said I better to drive car because riding motorcycle is more risky, well.. who would be a good hearted person buy me a car?:D
7. I don't have pet - It said can reduce my stress, I can try to have one...
8. Less vitamin consumption - Okay I'll consume everyday..
9. Need more calcium,folate, omega 3, potassium, grains in my daily diet - I can up it^_^
10. Last but not least.. I never exercise anymore... hikz..hikz.. I was exercise karate at least 3 times a week. but now.. I never do any exercise..

Oh my body... I'm so sorry.. I'm torturing you up:(

I will try to fix this! In this site already provide with suggested plan to fix our problems (when you have older real age problem of course:(..) And I will take another test in the next 90 days to see my progress. We'll see...
