Resignation Notification - A New Path Ahead

At last.. this morning I sent my resignation notification to my customers. It looks nice, isn't?

My feeling is mix up between glad, sad, and another weird feeling that I don't know what's that... One thing that I believe is 

I've take the right path! 

This resignation is a gateway to reach my dream, a dream that I've been left out along this last 3 years. I'm sure there'll be great effort to make it comes true, but with work hard I'm sure I can make it^_^

2012 - Hunting Part 2

Yesterday nite I forgot must went to DVD rental.. How could?? Awfully forgotten T_T

At 7.30 PM I went to the DVD rental to hunt this movie, but guess what? I just few minutes late (again T_T), the DVD already rented by somebody else.. awgh.. means today I must hunting again! This movie should be good cuz a lot of effort I should do just to rent it!

Will back again with the review, after I got the DVD^_^

At last...got this movie at 7PM. Start to watch it at 9PM. First 15 minutes seriously watch it, then realize that the plot is slow and there are several stories tell.. started to sleepy.. didn't realize that already 11.30 PM and I fell asleep in front of my note book, LOL. How could I write review about it then? Well... will watch it again this afternoon with my friend, hopefully not fall asleep (again!!) LOL

2012 - Want to Watch.. Want to Watch.. So Curious @_@ - Hunting Part 1

At this moment, 2012 movie are presented in theaters in most big cities in Indonesia. As a box office movie lover I should watch it right away*_* Because the controversy about this movie, I really curious about how good this movie is. What this move is all about and how could this movie has made many people concern about doomsday in December 2012.

Yesterday I went to DVD rental to hunt this movie. Too bad the last DVD copy was rent only few minutes before I came T_T The rental keeper told me that one of the DVD will return today. So... hopefully I will get it by today, watch it and give my review about this movie. Curious.. Curious.. Curious... @_@

Home Sweet Home... Not A Dream Anymore^_^

Have our own home will always be everyone's dream. For me, I want to have a small house with two floors, green garden in front yard and wide back yard. Have swimming pool at the back yard will be awesome^_^ A place with good neighborhood where I could raise my future children well. I'd like to have minimalist or modern home design.Let's see... I have some design that I like...

 Modern small house with pool, 4 sides view from different room, a lot of big windows and transparency. Nice!

Eco friendly house... Good Concept!!

Well...to be honest, to buy this home of my dream cash will be hard for me. My current saving won't be enough to buy a nice house... T_T If I insist to wait and buy cash it will take about 20-30 years to have it.. NO!!! That will be to long T_T I'm sure there will be a way to get mortgage to built or to buy a house. But I don't know where to start to find information about it. I talked to my friend, Dan. He have mortgage since last year, he bought a nice small house in South Carolina when he decide to marry her long term girl friend. According to Dan, to get mortgage approval from the lender we must have A good credit records of our loans including credit cards or others loan. For me good credit records is not a matter^_^ I had good record from my previous vehicle loan. The Lender even offer me  to get another kind of loan since according to them I'm a good customer, LOL

Well, with steady income and good credit record I'm sure that I'm quite reliable. But to find the right lender that suit with my finance condition and needs is quite difficult. Dan advise me to get professional advice.
